We understand that your schedule may not allow for a traditional car donation during the day. That’s why Heartland Wheels offers evening car donation pickups from 4 PM to 7 PM. Whether you’re wrapping up your workday or managing family commitments, our service is designed to fit seamlessly into your routine. You don’t have to be home when we arrive, making it easier for you to donate your vehicle.
To successfully schedule your evening pickup, clear communication is essential. Our dispatcher will work with you to confirm the best time for your donation, ensuring all details are in place. We prioritize safety and visibility, especially during the summer months, so you can have peace of mind knowing your vehicle will be picked up under the best conditions.

Honest expectations
While we aim to accommodate evening pickups, please be aware that same-day pickup may not always be feasible depending on our schedule. During busy periods, it can take longer to coordinate, and we cannot guarantee evening pickups on weekends. Summer months provide more daylight, improving our ability to safely collect vehicles. However, we prioritize your safety and the security of your vehicle, so clear guidelines must be understood prior to the pickup process.
How pickup logistics work
Our dispatch team plays a critical role in coordinating your evening pickup. They will communicate directly with you to confirm timing and ensure all logistics are managed effectively. Our network of trained tow operators is experienced in handling evening pickups, ensuring a smooth process. Expect clear communication throughout, so you’re never in the dark about when to expect us.
